To ensure your ZeroWheel Mat remains both stable and nondestructive for wall-applications, please follow our setup instructions carefully. The product guide below also contains best practices regarding usage and care.

For wall-based exercises

Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure ZeroWheel Mat adheres to your wall properly:

Preparation

• ZeroWheel Mat is meant for interior walls with flat surfaces. ZeroWheel Mat will not adhere to dirty or uneven surfaces. Please check that your wall is compatible with ZeroWheel Mat before proceeding.
• We recommend installing ZeroWheel Mat with two people including yourself, as some steps are much easier with the help of an extra set of hands
• Please check that you have the following inside your packaging: ZeroWheel Mat and 8× 3M Command Strips™

Installation

1. Unroll ZeroWheel Mat, with the logo-side facing the floor and attachment-side facing upwards
2. Line up the provided 3M Command Strips™ with the translucent rectangular strips already on ZeroWheel Mat. Attach them loosely by pressing a small section of the strips together until you hear a crunching sound as the Command Strips™ interlock with the translucent strips. Note you do not want full engagement or the two strips will be hard to separate in step 6
3. When ready to install, gather a friend and remove the plastic film from the back of the Command Strips™. The sticky side of the Command Strips™ should be facing upwards
4. Lift, align, and press ZeroWheel Mat onto your wall, so that the sticky side of the Command Strips™ makes full contact. Start with the top strips and work your way downwards, making sure that ZeroWheel Mat is being held taught in between each Command Strip™ and that ZeroWheel Mat is properly positioned and level with your wall before pressing the strips against the wall
5. After ZeroWheel Mat is hanging on your wall in your desired position, carefully remove ZeroWheel Mat such that only the Command Strips™ remain attached to the wall. It is best to slide your finder between each Command Strip™ and the mating translucent strips to ZeroWheel Mat while supporting the ZeroWheel Mat
6. Press each of the remaining Command Strips™ onto your wall firmly across the entire surface area‍
7. Leave the Command Strips™ on your wall for at least one hour. For Command Strips™ to work properly, the adhesive on the strips must cure without any loading
8. Reattach ZeroWheel Mat onto your wall, using the Command Strips™ as reference points. To evenly distribute the weight of the ZeroWheel Mat, start in the middle of the ZeroWheel Mat and work both upwards and downwards pressing firmly to ensure all translucent strips on ZeroWheel Mat are fully interlocked with the Command Strips™ on your wall. You will need to press hard and listen for the crunching sound or gently but firmly pound the ZeroWheel Mat with your fist or a mallet.  Do not hit hard enough to damage your wall

‍After properly installed, you will be able to remove and reattach ZeroWheel Mat to your wall whenever you prefer.

For floor-based exercises

ZeroWheel Mat can be unrolled and used directly on your floors without any setup.
